"God Gave You Who?" Video Montage Contest!
To celebrate Dave's new single "God Gave Me You," we want to make a new music video by the fans, for the fans, showing everyone what "God Gave You!" Send in your best photo (limit one per person) that exemplifies the song by showing us what God gave you. Whether it's a wedding photo, prom photo, photo with your boyfriend or girlfriend, best friend, mom, dad, sibling, grandparent, cat, dog, or anybody / anything else that you appreciate, send it in to DaveBarnesContest@gmail.com by Friday, September 3rd. We will take all the approved photos and put them into a photo album on Dave's Facebook page where you can comment and "like" your pic. Dave will then choose his favorite photos to be included in a brand new music video for "God Gave Me You." The new video will be on Dave's Facebook page and on Youtube so you can share it with everyone you know. After the video is made, Dave will select his favorite photo that best represents the song and the grand prize winner will receive a brand new guitar autographed by Dave Barnes!

By uploading a Photograph onto the Contest Site, Participant hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and irrevocably grants to Razor & Tie the worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, unconditional, perpetual and transferable license and right to reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and otherwise use or reuse, the Participant's Photograph and all images and likenesses embodied therein (the "Likenesses"), in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, alone or as part of other material of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, as part of a music video to be created by Razor & Tie and posted on websites including, but not limited to, Facebook and YouTube (the "Video").
Participant irrevocably grants to Razor & Tie and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, unconditional, perpetual and transferable right and license to use the Photograph and Likenesses for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including without limitation, the right to publicly display, perform, reproduce and distribute the Photograph and Likenesses in any media format or medium and through any media channels.
Participant forever waives any rights of privacy, intellectual property rights and any other legal or moral rights that may preclude Razor & Tie's use of the Participant's Photograph and Likenesses or require Participant's permission for Razor & Tie to use the Video for promotional purposes and agrees to never sue or assert any claim against Razor & Tie's use of the Photograph and Likenesses.
Participant agrees to defend, release and hold harmless Razor & Tie, its affiliates, agents and employees from and against any claims, actions and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind, resulting from participation in the Contest (including in connection with the making, use and/or exploitation of Photographs and Likenesses), downloading or streaming of any materials on the Contest Site or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize.
